Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase as our products are shipped directly from suppliers.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer error.
Refunds will only be considered in limited cases where:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• You receive the wrong item

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at eudolux@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Eligibility for Returns (If Approved)

If your return request is approved, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Be returned within 14 days of receiving approval

We do not accept returns for:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Beauty or personal care items

• Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

 

Refund Process (If Applicable)

If your return is approved and a refund is granted:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Please note that refund approval is subject to supplier verification.
