Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all worldwide orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price for shipping; there are no hidden shipping surcharges applied at checkout.

(Note: Depending on your destination country, local import duties or VAT may be assessed by customs upon checkout or entry, in accordance with local tax laws.)

Processing Time

To ensure accuracy, all orders undergo processing before shipment.

Order Processing (Handling Time): 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Estimated Shipping Time (Transit): 7 – 14 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or through local courier portals to monitor your shipment's journey in real time.

Address Verification & Order Modifications

Please verify that your delivery address is accurate prior to completing your purchase. Eudolux is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at sales@eudoux.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing, address modifications may no longer be possible.
